Foster Families Needed
Red Mountain Family Services, Inc. Treatment Foster Care Program
We are recruiting interested families who would like to be trained and licensed to provide Treatment Foster Care to children ages four to nineteen.
These children have behavioral health problems and will rely on you in assisting them in changing their behaviors.
In order to be licensed you must complete the following:
• Criminal Records Checks
• A Home Study
• 40 hours of training
• Be willing to work collaboratively with professionals
• Understand that your home is to be a therapeutic environment for the treatment foster child placed with you

Graduation Party
Willow graduated and we threw her a Graduation Party. We are so proud of our graduate, and were so honored to host this party. Lots of good food, a DJ and cute decorations that were made by the Treatment Foster mom and dad. Support came from many friends, high school administrators, all of the foster families, and of course city leaders who are always so supportive of Red Mountain. High school graduation is not the norm for children in New Mexico's foster system and we couldn't be more excited for Willow and her future.
Fashion Show
Recently, Red Mountain Family Services hosted our first Fashion Show. We frequently host events for the children in our care, and for the Treatment Foster Families that work so hard to care for these children. When one of the children expressed their desire to have a Fashion Show, we thought why not? We were surprised that so many of our kids wanted to participate. And we were so proud with how the kids overcame their fears to walk the runway. It was a really fun day.
